Now-a-days nanotechnology is one of the booming fields for researchers. With increase in industrialization mainly textile, paper, medicine, plastic industry, there an concentration organic dyes as pollutant. Release harmful water bodies has become a serious issue, most are carcinogenic and mutagenic nature causes various diseases. Therefore, requirement to find out new approaches efficient treatment effluent containing dyes. Nanoparticles potential solutions this problem. They can be synthesized from different methods, however synthesis nanoparticles plant parts (leaf, root or stem extract) economical well ecofriendly. Phytogenic have environmental applications them remediation The aim review provide overview last five years studies about catalytic photocatalytic degradation by nanoparticles, mechanism advantages disadvantages phytogenic synthesis.
